This implementation guide, produced for the World Health Organization, provides guidance to policy-makers and programme managers to support scaled action on task-sharing for contraceptive services.

MSI 2030 Research & learning strategy (2024)

This strategy document was developed on behalf of MSI Reproductive Choices to guide prioritisation of their reserch and learning activities. It was based on a consultative process across the global partnership to identify the most pressing questions that would help drive improvements in SRH services and outcomes.

Bottlenecks assessment for family planning (2023)

This rapid assessment protocol, the "Rapid assessment of bottlenecks inhibiting the scale-up of evidence-based family planning practices", was developed for the World Health Organization to support countries quickly identify the critical barriers to scaling up thee evidence-based practices in family planning: post-pregnancy family planning, task-sharing for family planning, and social and behaviour change communication.

Situational Analysis of Humanitarian Provision of Reproductive Healthcare in Afghanistan (2023)

This rapid assessment was conductd for MSI Reproductive Choices Afghanistan to identify opportunities to scale access to reproductive health care within the country's large humanitarian sector, through increased collaboration and service integration. Recommendations included the need to increase visibility and understanding of MSIA's work, and to ensure increased cooperation for provision of long-acting methods within the country's Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS).

Study on abortion-related mortality among sex workers (2023)

This peer reviewed paper, published in Sexual and Reproductive Health Matters, presents the findings from an eight-country study on mortality in female sex workers, focusing on levels of and causes of abortion-related mortality.
